The L&L Story
L&L began with a small shop on O‘ahu in 1952.
It quickly became a destination for locals craving island favorites like saimin, chili, fries, burgers and of course plate lunches.
L&L’s reputation for serving fresh, made-to-order plate lunches spread, and what started as just one L&L Drive Inn soon grew. Locations opened across O‘ahu and then throughout the Hawaiian Islands, U.S. mainland and beyond.
As L&L continues to expand worldwide, we keep perfecting our signature take on the classic Hawai‘i plate lunch.
